At changeovers, the home team should stand back and allow their opponents to walk across the net first.

Make line calls clearly and honestly. If you cannot definitively call a ball out, it must be played as in.

Offer to replay the point if there is an unexpected outside disturbance, such as a sudden loud noise or another ball entering the court.

Between points, pass balls under the net directly to the server—or to their partner if they are holding the balls. Do not make your opponent walk unnecessarily to collect a ball.

Apologise if your shot clips the net tape and drops over.

Spectators must not become involved in line calls or applaud when a player makes a mistake.Please applaud good play and winning shots from both teams.
