Our beautifully preserved Cape Dutch clubhouse, with its iconic whitewashed walls, elegant gables and welcoming veranda supported by traditional columns, provides a distinctive backdrop that simply can't be replicated by a conventional function venue.

Overlooking our picturesque tennis courts and surrounded by tranquil gardens, the clubhouse offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, family celebrations, corporate functions, community events and private gatherings.

Refundable Breakage Deposit: R1000
Cleaning Fee: R500

Availability

Our venue is available for hire outside of club activities, league fixtures, tournaments, and scheduled events.

Currently we do not allow bookings for private events on Saturdays.

Venue Hire Guidelines

To help preserve our historic clubhouse and ensure every event runs smoothly, we ask all hirers to observe the following:

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
A refundable breakage deposit is required for all events.
A cleaning fee applies to all venue hires.
Hirers are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Please respect the clubhouse, gardens, and surrounding grounds.
Decorations must not damage the building or its historic features.
Furniture and equipment should be returned to their original positions.
Events must conclude by the agreed finishing time.
Any damage to the property may result in deductions from the breakage deposit.
No use of the tennis courts are permitted for private functions.
The club reserves the right to decline bookings that are not aligned with the club's values or venue suitability.
